SpiceJet Leaves Rajahmundry Even Though Expansion Is Set To Complete Soon!

Rajahmundry: SpiceJet discontinued its service to Rajahmundry leaving only IndiGo and TruJet as the only two airlines service Rajahmundry.

According to local sources the move is due to lack of equipment and demand in other sectors of SpiceJet. It completely discontinued its local office indicating it doesn’t plan to come back soon.

In the meantime according to other news sources, Rajahmundry airport’s expansion is supposed complete by end of January and will be able to land wide-bodied aircraft. Rajahmundry lacks a direct connection to Mumbai and Delhi and once those destination are connected, it will create convenience to a lot of passengers.

As of Today, Indigo operates 4 daily flights to Hyderabad and 1 flight to Bangalore.

1:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m.
8:15 p.m.

Bangalore:

8:40 a.m.

Trujet Offers 2 daily flights to Hyderabad:

10:30 a.m.
8:35 p.m.
